Content Design Lead

2020 - now

I design integrity and wellbeing experiences on Messenger and Instagram. I set messaging strategies based on user research and data insights, develop information architecture and messaging hierarchies for child safety and other wellbeing products. I developed content helping users to discuss mental health crisis in moments of distress. I also created content design strategy for Hidden Words, an industry leading tool that protects people from abuse in their DMs.

PHILIPS

Head of Content

2018 - 2020

Responsible for global content strategy of the Philips Avent Pregnancy+ app towards 30mln users in 22 languages. I set OKR’s, plan and deploy A/B testing, analysed content performance and test new content formats such as video, illustrations, UGC and Healthcare Professional content. I developed Pregnancy+ tone of voice, visual standards, social media presence and communication strategy. I managed and mentored copywriters and content managers.


My biggest achievement was leading a project to update in-app content to be more inclusive of same sex parents, single parents and parents of twins. I also built a COVID-19 resource centre in 21 languages to support expectant parents during the global pandemic.

Responsible for global content strategy for 2 sub-brands: Avent & Sonicare. I was awarded Philips Health & Wellness excellence award for Digital Content Strategy for the Sonicare brand.

Global Content and Digital Marketing Manager

2016 - 2018

Global B2B and B2C digital marketing focusing on user acquisition. Achieved > 50% YoY growth in lead conversion, 3000% growth in traffic and 4% MoM brand lift through organic channels. Responsible for data-driven content strategy for all digital channels incl. landing pages, mobile app, social and email, creating exciting, appealing and strong value-focused content.

I oversaught planning, executing and monitoring global campaigns (content marketing, email campaigns, telemarketing, Facebook, Twitter) and display advertising campaigns towards multiple markets and countries. I managed global relationships with performance marketing vendors including Google and Facebook and led research into user segments and personas. I was also managing content specialists.

Terrorism Prevention Branch Intern, UNODC

2009

I was responsible for creating project proposals submitted to Terrorism Prevention Branch Donors in English and in French, as well as preparation of high level Member State briefings. I prepared workshops and missions including a major international workshop gathering representatives of over 100 Member States and NGOs and a legislative workshop on terrorism financing held in Lebanon. I conducted research on public international law, contacted Heads of State and prepared presentations for UN missions in English and French. I prepared United Nations mission in Haiti (international law research, writing summary on UN's actions towards terrorism prevention).
