What I did
Identified people problems
Worked with the analytics and UXR teams to understand barriers to reporting and what information could help people complete the reporting flow. Stack ranked opportunities based on impact, problem severity and prevalence.
Designed content framework
Designed a framework on how to surface information about Meta policies, set design principles for explaining policy violations in a simple, straightforward and human way.
Developed information architecture
Defined models based on user needs and developed information architecture at each stage of the reporting flow.
Tested tone framework
Partnered with UXR to test different tone approaches to define which approach supports user needs.
Documented content standards
Developed and documented content standards for talking about policies in the UI. Scaled the standards to multiple products across Meta family of apps.
