I was responsible for strategising and implementing content marketing activities for Booking.com. I conceptualised, briefed and optimised landing pages, content, created 360 marketing campaigns in 43 languages including email marketing, social media marketing and search. I produced and tested a series of animations and videos, infographics, blogs and display banners. Achieved 30% conversion rate from organic traffic to join.booking.com landing page.
I identified Partner barriers to enter and pain points leading to user churn. Based on the insights, I strategised, briefed and published content in 180+ markets, addressing user needs which led to dicrease in churn and increase in partner acquisition.
IN-APP & SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT, ASO
I created in-app and social media content strategy for Pregnancy+ and Baby+ mobile apps with 27mln users in 23 languages. 5mln users engage with the in-app content daily. 90% of our users engage with the content. We reached 50 000 Instagram followers in 12 months, organically.

I worked as the Editor in Chief of the online platform for expats and refugees in Poland. I managed the blog, strategised and oversaw the creation of content and copywriting.
